My co-authored book entitled “Mean Girls, Meaner Women: Understanding Why Women Backstab, Betray and Trash Talk Each Other and How to Heal” is currently available.
It is a book for girls in their late teens and adult women who are interested in learning more about why females hurt each other. We talk about meanness as a coping strategy for women, women's difficulty handling angry and competitive feelings and other influences that foster an environment where women are hostile toward one another. The overall goal of the book is to help women lead more honest, authentic and vital lives.
